Becoming a benefits coach requires completing specific Benefit Coach trainings, exams and job shadowing. Please read the Benefits Coach Certification Requirements and acknowledge your understanding below.

Acknowledge completion of trainings

To apply to become a benefits coach, applicants must first complete the Hub’s Level 1 and Level 2 Benefits Planning trainings. Please acknowledge your completion of these trainings below.

Attach Supervisor’s Recommendation Form

To become a benefits coach, applicant’s need the approval of the direct supervisor. If you have not done so already, please download the Supervisor’s Recommendation form (PDF), have it signed by your supervisor, and then attach it below.
