Virtual Insight Panel members provide insight through interviews, focus groups and surveys. In turn, feedback from VIP members is used to actively support messaging and key projects within the Disability Services Division.
In 2022, VIP members have participated in an online survey and virtual focus group about communication strategies.
In 2021, VIP members participated in an online activity providing feedback about their experience as a VIP member.
In 2020, VIP members participated in a focus group on a mailing about EIAAs, offered insight on navigation options for the Hub website, and reviewed a document about rights during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In 2019, VIP members provided feedback on the Direct Support Connect website, the services offered by the Hub, the Positive Support Transition Plan, and the MnCHOICES Assessment 2.0.
The first VIP activities took place in 2018. VIP members provided feedback on the Autism Resource Portal and key employment messages.
