To be a member of the VIP, you must live in Minnesota and be a person with a disability 18 years old or older. Or, be the parent or guardian of a child or adult with a disability and live in Minnesota.
All VIP members will need a personal email address, phone number and access to a smart phone, tablet or computer to participate in surveys, focus groups and interviews.
