We all want to help people live their best lives — lives of inclusion and integration.
Sometimes, though, the people we support make choices that isolate them from the rest of the community. In these cases, federal and state policies call on us to ensure people with disabilities are making an informed choice.
This course will introduce you to the informed choice standard. It will also offer tools and resources to help you facilitate informed choice so the people you support fully understand their community options.
