E1MN training

Basic training for all roles

Many professionals play a role in supporting people on waivers with competitive employment. Despite our unique roles, we share the core belief that everyone can succeed in competitive work with the right supports. We also share a commitment to use person-centered practices to help people make informed choices and find meaningful work.

To work as an effective team supporting people on waivers, all roles in the E1MN partnership need to implement Employment First, ensure informed choice, use the Engage Plan Find Keep framework, fulfill our role and responsibilities, and collaborate.
