  • Assistive technology
Help youth consider what assistive technology might be helpful in supporting independence at home and in the community.

  • Decision making
Help youth prepare to make life decisions as independently as possible.

  • Civic responsibility
Help youth understand their responsibilities as a citizen.

  • Services and supports
Help youth explore services and supports to help them successfully manage adult life in their community.
