Is the youth prepared to manage their mental and physical health?

Well-being includes maintaining a healthy lifestyle, seeking medical care, managing medications and staying physically active. For some people, well-being also includes spirituality.

  • Awareness: Understand basic well-being concepts.
  • Exploration: Identify personal strengths, preferences, interests and needs related to well-being.
  • Preparation: Practice well-being skills at home, school and in the community.
  • Implementation: Use well-being skills at home, school and in the community.
